If you would like to schedule a special event in one of our parks or public areas for 30 or more people, please call 360-403-3448. You will be required to submit a special event application at least 2 weeks prior to event. There is no charge to schedule a special event.
Picnic shelters are first come first serve, unless prior reservations are made through the reservation process. Picnic shelters are available at:

To schedule the use of a ballfield for practices or games, please call 360-403-3451. Fields are located at Twin Rivers Park, Bill Quake Memorial Park, and WE Evans Field. Subject to availability.
The community rooms are non-alcohol, non-tobacco facilities.
Hadley Hall (PDF) is located at the Boys and Girls Club. Room, the capacity is 76 people. Room dimensions are approximately 38 by 30 feet. There are approximately 90 chairs, 12 round tables, and 4 rectangle tables available. Attached kitchen is available to rent at an additional cost. Call 360-403-3451 to check availability. Stillaguamish Conference Room (PDF) is located at the Public Works Office, the capacity is 63 people. Room dimensions are approximately 38 by 26 feet.
