Comprehensive Plan Amendment Meetings Suspended

City of Arlington Comprehensive Plan Amendment Meeting Suspended

Each year, by City code, the Community Development Director compiles a list, known as a "docket," of all city-initiated and privately-initiated proposed comprehensive plan amendments. This preliminary docket is currently available for public review and comment.

The schedule for the docket process has been postponed due to the Stay at Home order and how it relates to public process.

The final docket items will be heard individually at a public hearing at Planning Commission TO BE DETERMINED DATE at  7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. The public hearing is the public’s opportunity to comment. 

You may forward your comments to City Planner Josh Grandlienard, email joshg@arlingtonwa.gov or phone 360-403-3434, or write to City of Arlington Planning Department, 238 N Olympic Avenue, Arlington, WA 98223. Received comments will only be accepted prior to the public hearing on May 5, 2020.

The Planning Commission will provide their recommendations to be considered by City Council at a workshop DATE TO BE DETERMINED and then for final approval by ordinance at a City Council meeting DATE TO BE DETERMINED

31st Avenue Rezone

Lot 19, LLC Rezone

York Park Rezone

Airport Business Park Rezone

Gilman Walk at Country Charm Rezone

Arlington Municipal Code (AMC) 20.40 Permissible Uses

Arlington Municipal Code (AMC) 20.36 Zoning Districts
