  1. Gilman Walk at Country Charm - Notice of Neighborhood Meeting

    January 7, 2020, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM @ Arlington City Council Chambers

    The proposed Gilman Walk at Country Charm will be a residential neighborhood of townhomes with a total up to 115 units located south and west of the City owned Country Charm Park and Conservation Area at 604 E. Gilman Ave. The project is utilizing the Unit Lot Subdivision process allowing the buildings to be fee simple properties that can be sold individually. The proposed development area is zoned primarily Residential High Density (RHD) with a small portion zoned Neighborhood Commercial (NC). The Neighborhood Commercial zoning will be eliminated as a part of this land use action. The residential development is planned to occur in phases over 4 to 6 years, The purpose of this informal meeting is to allow members of the public and other interested parties an opportunity to become involved early on in the permitting process and to help identify any concerns or issues the public has regarding this specific proposal.

    We invite you to join RAP students, staff, and stakeholders for a ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the RAP program at the MPHS campus. This is a time to celebrate all of the work that went in to creating and starting the program as well as the success of the students since the start of the 2019-2020 school year.
