Living

Arlington is a small, vibrant city that has retained its hometown feel from days gone by. The City’s downtown main street, Olympic Avenue, is the gathering place, where residents gather for community events and can catch up on what is happening in the community and share in community events.

Activities

Arlington has activities for people of all ages from recreation to fine dining. For whatever you need, there is no reason to travel outside Arlington! You can find most everything you need, with several grocery stores, a retail shopping hub at Smokey Point, a farmers market, and charming downtown stores. If you are craving a night out on the town, Everett is just minutes away and Arlington is halfway between Seattle and Vancouver, B.C. If it’s outdoor activities you desire, the Cascades and Puget Sound are right at your doorstep. Arlington has always been an easy town to ride your bike from place to place and has become even easier with continued expansion of the various trail systems around the town, such as the Centennial Trail and the Airport Trail. Arlington also has many large community and neighborhood parks that kids of all ages can enjoy. The Stillaguamish riverfront has always been a gathering place during the hot days of summer.

Community

With many of the kids in our community having their parents and grandparents growing up in Arlington, we have established a strong sense of community pride. This pride is openly shared with new residents who long for a safe, family-oriented community in which to raise their young. New faces that want to be part of a friendly, volunteer based small town community are embraced and quickly become involved in the fun.

We love Arlington, and we know you will too! View a Video of Arlington’s Quality of Life.
