Facility Rental/ Reservation

Community Events

If you would like to schedule a special event in one of our parks or public areas for 30 or more people, please email Sarah Lopez. You will be required to submit a special event application at least 2 weeks prior to the event. There is no charge to schedule a special event.

Ballfields

To schedule the use of a ballfield for practices or games:

• View the field use policy and rates document.
• Visit our facility reservation website to make a reservation and see the calendar:  Catalog - City of Arlington, WA .
• Call 360-403-3451 or email ballfieldscheduling@arlingtonwa.gov for information.
• Twin Rivers Park is Snohomish County Parks, call 425-388-6600.

Picnic Shelters

The maximum group size for reservation is 25 people. 
City is not responsible for the sanitation of tables. 
Users need to remove their trash (take it with you) to allow for other users during the day.

Picnic shelters are first come first serve unless prior reservations are made through the reservation process. There is no fee for the picnic shelters. Two picnic tables are provided in most locations.  Users are expected to sanitize prior to their event and pack out trash after their event. An email confirmation is your proof of reservation, please bring that with you to the park.  Picnic shelters are available at:

Haller Park Picnic Shelter

There is one picnic shelter at Haller Park that can be reserved. The shelter next to the restroom cannot be reserved.

Reservations can be made for the following blocks of time.  Reservations are limited to 1-weekend reservation per month. 
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Terrace Park Picnic Shelter

Reservations can be made for the following blocks of time and are limited to 1-weekend reservation per month.

Jensen Park Picnic Shelter

Reservations are currently not available, as the park is under construction. 

Smokey Point Community Park

Picnic Shelter:
There is one picnic shelter near the playground at Smokey Point Community Park that can be reserved.

Stage:
The stage at Smokey Point Park can be reserved for entertainment performances and presentations.

Stormwater Wetland Park Picnic Shelter

Reservations can be made for the following blocks of time and are limited to 1-weekend reservation per month.

*Note: No restrooms are parking are available at this park, and currently no tables in the shelter.  Use Haller Park parking and restrooms.  The trail to park is from the Haller Park parking lot. 

Legion Park Stage and Gazebo

Stage and Gazebo are not available for small group reservations on Saturdays, June 1 through September 30, park is generally used for public special events.
