People who possess, use, sell, trade, or discharge fireworks inside the city are breaking the law. Arlington Police will be conducting extra patrols. Arlington Police will confiscate fireworks and fine you $257 if you break the law.

illegal fireworks. To keep emergency phone lines open, please do not call 911 unless there is an immediate threat to life or property. Please wait for the Arlington Police to respond.
The fire marshal only permits public displays. We encourage residents to view the public fireworks display at Quake Park on July 4 at 10:00 p.m.
