Meeting are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month unless there is a Monday holiday, in which case, the meetings are moved to the following Thursday.

- 1st Tuesday of the month is a Planning Commission Workshop and is located at Putnam Hall in the Airport Office, 18204 59th Avenue NE, Arlington
- The 3rd Tuesday of the month is the Planning Commission Meeting and is located at the City Council Chambers, 110 E. Third Street, Arlington
