Sewer Rates 2026

  • Residential Single-Family Residence: $78.42 (Flat Rate)
  • Residential Multi-Family Residence: $60.36 (Flat Rate)
  • Commercial: $78.42 base rate (includes 300 cubic feet of water), Volume rate per 100 cubic feet $8.11

Stormwater Rate 2026

  • Single Family Residential: 1 ESU (Equivalent Service Unit) $8.21 for every 6,000 square feet
  • Security Deposit $1,500
  • Monthly equipment rental fee (3/4 inch meter) $100
  • Usage rate: first cubic feet included in base rate; next 700 cubic feet $3.40, over 1,000 cubic feet $3.58; over 3,000 cubic feet $3.58
