Occupation

Rob has been a self-employed financial advisor since 2010. "It’s always been my dream to be my own boss and serve others. After working for a few other firms, I founded Toyer Wealth Management in 2010 and focus on tax preparation, investment management, insurance and home loans."

Rob also had the honor of serving 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and spent time in Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Family

Rob and his wife Laurie have recently purchased a home on 5^th Street. "We love living close to downtown and being a part of this community." Together, they have 3 children and are both passionate parents and spend a lot of time doing family activities. They also spend a lot of time during the summer at the river.

Rob is a third generation elected official. His grandmother and his uncle both served as city councilmembers and mayors.

Hobbies

"Carpentry and home remodeling is my passion. If you’ve ever been to my home, you’ll know that I always have too many home improvement projects going on at the same time. I also like to spend time in the woods hunting, riding quads and dirt bikes, and enjoying the Pacific Northwest."
