TOPS Weight Loss Club
Taking off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) Weight Loss Club meets weekly at 9 a.m. Fridays at Public Works building, 154 Cox Avenue, Arlington. Visitors are welcome! If you choose to join, we have local dues of $4 a month, and $32 annual dues to the national organization. We have a lot of fun as we follow our national program “It’s a Lifestyle Change, Not a Diet.” Just drop in and meet us! For more information, call Bea at 360-435-3892.

Youth Dynamics in Stilly Valley has been reaching out to teens in the Stilly Valley through building relationships and providing life-changing experiences since 1994. Youth Dynamics runs the Mud Hut, a drop-in center for youth in Arlington, the Den in Oso, and the Spot in downtown Stanwood.
