South Cascade Industrial Center Utilities Project

Project Description

The City of Arlington will be updating and extending its utility services south of 172nd Ave.  This project will include extending the water main at the intersections of 43rd, 47th, 59th, and 63rd Ave along 172nd Ave. As well as extending its sewer main at the intersection of 59th and 172nd Ave, continuing the extension down 168th Ave, upgrading lift station 12, adding lift station 16, and adding fiber to the project area.
