180th St / Smokey Point Blvd Roundabout

Project Description

The City is currently engaged in the planning and design of the Smokey Point Blvd Corridor Project, this project includes the design of a roundabout at the 180th St intersection.  The City has received federal grant funding for the construction of this roundabout in 2026.  This project will include the installation of roundabout approaches, the roundabout, sidewalks, multi-use trail, site drainage, utility connections, lighting, transit stops, local artwork and landscaping.

    1. Puget Sound Regional Council Grant
    2. City of Arlington
  • Engineers Estimate: $3.1 Million

Project Schedule

  • Right of way: 2025
  • Projected construction: 2026

Coordination with Local Residents

Regular schedule updates will be provided by the city to keep the community apprised of the progress on the project, and potential impacts.
