Construction Hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Please contact the Permit Center at 360-403-3551 if you have any questions. You may submit a Service Request via the Public Portal and a city representative will address the concern.
If you have a general noise complaint not related to construction, please contact the police at 911 while the noise is occurring.
